Candidate portal privacy information

DESA Global is the marketing name used by DESA CONNECT. This portal stores your account, contact and profile details, applications, supporting documents, progress and generated letters so authorized DESA staff can provide application support.

Private records and access

Authorized DESA staff can access these records. Candidates can access their own linked records. Identity documents, CVs, contracts, visa copies and bank or loan details are private and are not included on public verification pages. Files are stored outside the public website directory and downloads require permission. Hosting and database backups also contain private information and require restricted access.

Public verification

Public verification requires separate permission and staff approval. Only the specifically approved identity and application facts may appear. Publishing your photo requires separate permission. Consent to a bank transfer does not authorize public publication. Contact DESA to correct information or withdraw public verification permission.

Letters and account messages

Generated letters contain the information needed for their stated purpose and are retained as historical snapshots with audit records. Staff and candidates must provide them to the intended recipient. Account setup and password-reset messages use your registered email. Do not send passwords through chat or upload documents that are unrelated to your application.

Privacy requests

Contact support@desaglobe.com to request access, correction, withdrawal or information about retention and removal. DESA will review applicable contractual and record-retention obligations before responding. This portal does not automatically erase issued documents or their audit history.
